The Speaker removed the Education Committee referral and added a                                                                
House Special Committee on Tribal Affairs referral for the following:                                                           
                                                                                                                                
    HOUSE BILL NO. 26                                                                                                           
    "An Act renaming the Alaska Native Language Preservation and                                                                
    Advisory Council as the Council for Alaska Native Languages;                                                                
    and relating to the Council for Alaska Native Languages."                                                                   
                                                                                                                                
HB 26 was referred to the House Special Committee on Tribal Affairs                                                             
with further referral to the Finance Committee.
